Cant seem to turn on Mpreg on mobile.. even starting a new game and answering yes to the mpreg promp keeps it from being activated in the stat screen

I think   i need a guide for the guide.

there is a list People with "is here at ( time) after (this event) is done, mentioned at the end, but there is not a single clue how to get these events or where they could start and its extremely frustrating, i have been doing around 20 ingame days without any real progress because i dont know who i need to talk to, instead i got aaaaalot of loops of already seen text........its soo tiring..
